Postpartum Support

Now the adventure truly begins. During your early days with baby you have a lot to figure out. New family dynamics, caring for baby, physical recovery from pregnancy and birth, and adjustments to the routines of daily life. Planning support and help with what you will need ahead of time is a great idea, but you don't always know what you need until you need it. Postpartum doula support adjusts and flexes to just what you need, whether that is emotional support, physical help, a kind and knowledgable listening ear,  information or referrals to additional resources if you are facing challenges, and always lots of encouragement.

Postpartum visits take place in your home and are about two hours. Visits can be booked and scheduled well ahead or last minute subject to availability.
